Wæm Lèbyibi Zan has a yearly average temperature of 19°C (66°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 12°C (53°F). Wæm Lèbyibi Zan receives an average of 312 cm/y (122 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Wæm Lèbyibi Zan covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 3626 m (11896 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Wæm Lèbyibi Zan was founded durring the late 13th century in fall of the year 1190, by Gêb Fyëmë. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Gêb Fyëmë.
Wæm Lèbyibi Zan was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Lèbyibi Zan is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Wæm Lèbyibi Zan is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of premissive paverstone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Wæm Lèbyibi Zan's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. The town's monster and outlaw focused fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
Right off the bat Wæm Lèbyibi Zan hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. The town is very clearly a joyfull place as well as wealthy. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.
Civic Infrastructure
Wæm Lèbyibi Zan has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Wæm Lèbyibi Zan.

Wæm Lèbyibi Zan has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Wæm Lèbyibi Zan has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Wæm Lèbyibi Zan's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Wæm Lèbyibi Zan possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Wæm Lèbyibi Zan's grid is powered by hydrogalvanic generators.
Wæm Lèbyibi Zan has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Wæm Lèbyibi Zan has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Wæm Lèbyibi Zan's citizens locals enjoy many vices and lustful appetites. They may have religious sanction for their deeds, or neighbors might trade with them for such things, or they could be followers of some ideology that blesses such pursuits. Their economy or their social organization is usually heavily reliant on such traffic, and to ensure its continuance they may have made bargains with various mortal and immortal powers.
Wæm Lèbyibi Zan's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for the combined use of arcuated and trabeated construction, employing arches and constructed with post and lintel. The arch served as the style's chief structural element, with flanking columns serving as buttresses or decorations. While the general shape of their structures could be generously described as simplistic, the use of these arches and columns created a most distinct ascetic which is easily distinguishable on sight to armatures and experts alike.
In Wæm Lèbyibi Zan rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.
The Howler near Wæm Lèbyibi Zan are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Wæm Lèbyibi Zan's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves sex to channel Truename Magic energies of tier 1 via throat singing.
